I was born in San Francisco and raised in Marin County, California, where I also raised my two children, Jadyn and Brendan Harris.

I have had a passion for dancing as far back as I can remember and took my first dancing lesson (at my own request, according to my mother) on my third birthday. Although I never became a professional dancer, I did teach ballet for a short time and still enjoy dancing socially.

Throughout my childhood, I wrote, directed and usually starred in neighborhood theatrical productions. Some people have asked me if I had a need for attention… I don’t think that was it at all. I just love acting!

I studied acting in high school and college and after taking many years off to focus on raising my children, to my own amazement, was able to plunge back into performing with more of a passion than I had even as a child. I now perform in film, stage and television productions in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as the greater Sacramento area.

One thing people usually notice about me is my desire to communicate, although most of my friends and family members just like to say, “She loves to talk!” In 1992, I began studying the art of voiceover and have now added that to my acting repertoire and I have become a radio broadcaster as well.

I live in northern California with my four cats. I am an animal lover who regularly volunteers with animal advocacy groups and shelters.
